2. Services Provided

Premiere Auto Valeting offers a range of car wash and valeting services. Detailed descriptions of our services, pricing, and packages are available on our Site and in our physical location.

3. Appointments and Bookings

Online booking are limited to saloon cars; 7-seaters, 4×4 vehicles, vans, and people carriers will incur an additional fee that must be paid locally.

In the event that an automobile is judged to be extremely dirty, with sand or pet hair all over the interior, there may also be an additional charge.

  • Scheduling: Appointments for our services can be made through our Site, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to reschedule or adjust the service if it impacts other customers.

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices for our services are listed on our Site and at our physical location. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of your service for resolution.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure your vehicle is in a safe and operable condition. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses a safety risk. Any mechanical or electrical issue that may arise during the valeting procedure is not something we can be held accountable for.
  • The driver or owner of the vehicle bears the responsibility of ensuring that baby or booster seats are properly fastened prior to placing children in them. You must let management know before work begins if you do not want the infant or booster seats removed, and your request should be included on your receipt. It is imperative that you inspect every booster and infant seat before departing Premiere Auto Valeting premises. Premiere Auto Valeting LTD disclaims all liability for improperly fitting infant or booster seats.
  • Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and any hazardous materials from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Parking costs are not covered by any valeting services and are the responsibility of the car owner.
  • When you agree to use Premiere Auto Valeting Ltd.’s services, you are granting the company’s management and staff permission to drive your car for valeting purposes.
  • In order to help in drying the automobile, we could leave it running while it is being cleaned.

6. Liability

  • Service Quality: While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all of your expectations.
  • Damage: We will exercise reasonable care while servicing your vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us immediately. Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for services or products provided by third parties, even if recommended by us.
  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the automobile or its contents when a car is parked in the parking lot.
  • We are not liable for any external or internal damage that is not reported to our staff and noted on the reception docket.

7. Use of the Site

  • Content: The content on our Site is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify the content at any time without notice.
  • Intellectual Property: All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on our Site are owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
